Store Pickup

I ordered the cutest squishy plush pumpkins. They are perfect for my next Boo Box. The online ordering was easy. The staff was familiar with my order right away and made pickup quick so I could go about my day .

Was happy to find the squishmallows I had been looking for online and that there was a pick up option. Pick up went smoothly and quickly. Very happy with the process.

Jiminy Cricket is a very hard character to find these days. I love Jim Shore products so to find a Jiminy Cricket Jim Shore figure was amazing. It's beautiful.

I ordered an ornament from Steve’s Hallmark and was thrilled to not only find it in stock but to also be able to pick it up in store. The staff of the Concord location were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When I picked the ornament up the process was seamless. Can’t recommend the Concord location enough.
